Journal Title：Iium Law Journal
The Iium Law Journal is committed to being an important platform for high-quality legal research and academic discussion. We welcome original works, especially those based on in-depth research and rigorous analysis. These articles can cover a wide range of legal topics, including but not limited to criminal law, civil law, international law, commercial law, constitutional law, and legal theory and practice.
We expect contributors to come up with novel insights, challenge existing legal theory or practice, and demonstrate exceptional academic depth in their research. Authors are encouraged to use advanced research methods and data analysis to explore major issues or hot topics in the legal field. Whether it is an interpretation of a particular legal provision or a comparative study of legal systems, we welcome contributions that are academically innovative and insightful.
