Journal Title：Ekonomski Vjesnik
The African Journal of International and Comparative Law is an academic platform dedicated to the study of African law, covering various aspects of international and comparative law in Africa, including the localization of African national laws, the theory and practice of African law, legal changes and social development, as well as issues such as human rights and diplomacy in Africa. This magazine provides an important academic exchange platform for African legal research, promoting African legal culture, legal education, and exchanges and cooperation among African countries in the field of law.
The papers published in the magazine not only involve professional research on African law, but also include in-depth analysis of African legal practice, such as the unification of African private international law and international commercial law. In addition, the magazine also focuses on legal education and practical operations in Africa, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for China Africa legal cooperation, especially in the context of deepening China Africa cooperation, strengthening the practical significance of African law research.
