The Journal of Healthcare Informatics Research focuses on the application of computer science principles, information science principles, information technology, and communication technology in solving healthcare and daily health problems. The Journal of Healthcare Informatics Research focuses on the cutting-edge technological contributions in computational oriented medical informatics. This journal covers three main themes: (1) Analysis - focusing on data analysis, knowledge discovery, and predictive models; (2) System - focuses on building medical informatics systems (such as architecture, framework, design, engineering, and applications); (3) Human factors - user research focused on understanding users or backgrounds, interface design, health behaviors, and medical informatics applications.
